Our Day Of Gluten Free Goodness – Pud Style!
What’s the first thing that comes to mind when I say Gluten Free Yorkshire’s? It’s probably a delicious roast dinner drowned in a beautiful lake of gravy, but there’s so much more you can use our Gluten Free Puds for, from breakfast dishes, lunches, main courses and show-stopping desserts! We’ll let you in on our secret recipes and get that inspiration flowing!
Start the day the best way with a pud for breakfast. Have you ever tried scrambled eggs in a pud, served with freshly caught salmon and some spliced and splayed avocado? We know food blogger Lisa Roukin has, and rumour has it, it was absolutely delicious! 😉
Let’s get to lunch – you’ve had a busy morning at work (I can relate) and you need a boost of energy in the most mouth-watering way. Don’t worry – we’ve got the perfect thing! Lisa also cooked up a ‘Smoked Tofu Poke Pudding’, something she created herself (she’s awfully creative!). It’s even dressed with a light and punchy soy sauce dressing and hits everything you want in a lunchtime meal – tasty, healthy and fresher than anything!
You’re on the train back home and there’s only one thing on everyone’s mind – food (again)! It’s almost time to wind down and relax, but first a delicious dinner needs cooking up. Time to put a pud twist on a timeless classic – burgers!
Cheesy, meaty and served with chunkier chips than you could ever imagine. Bite into the bun and taste the pud goodness (or pudness as we like to say). Could dinner get any better?! Becky Excell certainly loved creating this Pud burger, and we’re sure you will too!
Finally, something sweet to sign off on your day of puds! Try this warming, tongue-tinglingly tangy Pud apple crumble, served with a scoop of velvety-soft ice cream and a dash of caramel drizzled over the top – simply delicious!
That’s our pud eating done for today, but tomorrow is a new day filled with more puds (naturally), and therefore more delicious ways to use them!
Grab a pack of our Gluten Free Yorkshires today at Asda, Waitrose, Morrisons or Ocado, and you’ll have a pud feast whipped up quicker than you can say Yorkshire!
