5 Ways to Enjoy Gluten Free Yorkshire Puddings

Blog

Why not test your taste buds with some of our super easy and delicious Gluten Free Yorkshire pudding recipes? We promise you won’t regret it 😋

So, whether you want to try your hand at some fancy Italian inspired pizza puds or some quick breakfast recipes, we have you covered.

Gluten Free Roast Dinner

A roast without Yorkshire puddings, isn’t worthy of being called a roast 💁‍♀️

For the perfect pairing, serve with a meat of your choice, stuffing, roast potatoes, seasoned veggies, and lashings of GF gravy – don’t be afraid to get those puds soaked. A top tip when making GF gravy is to always use rice flour as it keeps your gravy thick!

Breakfast Puds

For a quick morning breakfast recipe, add a fried egg, Hollandaise sauce and bacon to your Large Gluten Free Yorkshire puds 🍳

Our perfect puds are great for a breakfast meal! Firstly, pop your puds into the oven for around 3-4 minutes and start to fry your eggs until the yolk is set and cooked to perfection. In the same pan, fry your bacon until crispy. Once your Yorkshires are cooked, immediately place fried egg inside, and add chives, Hollandaise sauce and bacon on top for added brekkie crunch 🥓

Gluten Free Toad in the Hole

For a wholesome meal, grab our Gluten Free Toad in the Hole.

To accompany your Toad in the Hole, pair with mash, greens and loads of gravy (obvs). If mash isn’t your thing, roasties would also be very complimentary.

Alternatively, pan-roasted broccoli with garlic and feta gets our seal of approval. Nutritious and packed with flavour. This is one of our favourite recipes, especially as it starts to get warmer. Delicious. 😍

Fruity Puds

Yorkshire pudding for dessert? You are absolutely correct 🤤 It’s doubtful if you have any Yorkshire puddings left when it comes to dessert time, but if you do, we’ve got an incredible recipe for you!

Start by heating up your Gluten Free puds, grab some butter and melt in a pan with 4 tbsp of sugar. Add any spare fruit in your kitchen e.g. apples, berries, bananas and cook for 4- 5 minutes until soft and golden. Once everything is cooked, add together and serve with either warm custard, a squirt of cream or sprinkled hazelnut 🤩

Pizza Puddings

Bring a taste of Italy to your kitchen with our pizza inspired Yorkshires 🍕

Recreate this mouthwatering recipe using our Large Gluten Free puddings, so you can fill your puds with as much tomato sauce, topping and cheese as you’d like. For reference, too much cheese isn’t an option 🧀

Pop tomatoes, garlic and mixed herbs into a pan. Cook on low-medium heat and stir occasionally. When reduced by half, stir in your balsamic vinegar and season with salt and pepper, to taste.

Grab your pud and spread a few spoons of the tomato sauce across the bottom and add a generous sprinkle of mozzarella and grated parmesan. Take your garlic and herb mixture from the pan and add to your Yorkshire.

Place in a preheated oven for up to 4 minutes and watch your cheesy halo melt 🤤
