The time has come to make some Easter Yorkshire puddings 😍 Level up your Easter weekend with some sweet or savoury puds! We’ve got breakfast, dinner and dessert ideas for you to get stuck into! 😆 

Puds Royale

Are you a fan of eggs royale? Why not switch out the bread for some tasty Yorkshires? 

The ingredients include; 2 eggs, 2 Yorkshire puddings, 2 slices of smoked salmon and pre-made hollandaise sauce. 

For this recipe, you’ll need to:  

  • Bring a large pan of water to the boil, then lower the heat to a simmer. 
  • Add your eggs and poach for 4-6 minutes. 
  • Heat your oven to 180°C and cook your Yorkshire puddings for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. 
  • When the Yorkshires are cooked, add the poached eggs and slices of salmon on top.  
  • Don’t forget to serve with hollandaise sauce! 

 This creates the most delicious Easter breakfast so get ready to dig in 😋 

Minty Lamb Yorkshire Puds

Sticking with the Easter traditions, we have a minty lamb recipe for you to try 🤤  

The ingredients include; A 400g lamb loin fillet, a sprig of rosemary and mint, 1 tbsp of olive oil, salt, a tbsp of butter, 8 sliced spring onions, 1 cabbage, 400g of frozen peas and 4 Yorkshire puddings. 

For this recipe, you’ll need to: 

  • Heat the oven to 200°C. 
  • Mix fresh finely chopped rosemary and mint leaves.  
  • Season the lamb loin fillet with salt. 
  • Heat your olive oil in a large frying pan and sear the lamb on all sides for 10 minutes.  
  • Put the lamb onto a baking tray and sprinkle the chopped herbs on top and cook for 12-15 minutes. 
  • In the frying pan, heat some butter, add the sliced spring onions and then some cabbage leaves and fry them until softened.  
  • Add the frozen peas with 50ml of water. When the peas are cooked, season them with salt and pepper.  
  • Remove the lamb from the oven to rest after a further 25 minutes. Then cook your Yorkshire puddings for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.  
  • Thinly slice the lamb when the Yorkshire puddings are ready and fill your puds with the peas, onions and cabbage leaves, topped with a slice of lamb and some chopped mint.  
  • Serve with as much gravy as you like!

Choco Overloaded Puds & Ice Cream

If you have a sweet tooth, this pud is one to try, full of 4 different sweet flavours  😋  

The ingredients include; 2 tbsp of hazelnut spread, a bag of Mini Eggs, 2 tbsp of peanut butter, 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream and 2 Yorkshire puddings. 

To create this puddy dessert recipe, you’ll need to: 

  • Heat the oven to 180°C and put 2 of our Yorkshire puddings onto a baking tray, cook for 3-4 minutes until golden brown.  
  • Once the Yorkshire puddings are ready, add 1 tbsp of hazelnut spread to the bottom of each Yorkshire pudding and a tbsp of peanut butter on top.  
  • Finish off by adding a scoop of vanilla ice cream and 3 Mini Eggs to each pud. 

This recipe is super easy and simple, allowing you to mix it up however you like 👌
