Being coeliac, my mum and sister missed out, Sunday lunch they’d make do with a few extra sprouts. Until the day I discovered your gluten free puds, With a spring in my step I came home with the goods. Just a five minute bake from freezer to plate, These good old puds, there’s nothing to hate. Crispy and fluffy, they just melt in the mouth, Full bellies all round; a delight in our house. Gluten free they may be, but who would have guessed? No one in our house as they’re truly the best. So what do I love about your Yorkshire’s the most? That no one misses out on the family roast!
